One of those many misty days when the crown of the National Wallace Monument rises like a sentinel above the low-lying clouds.
I always carry my camera and tripod, and on this particular day, spotting the mist, I took a detour up to Sheriffmuir. I'd done my homework — I knew exactly where I needed to be: about 400 metres from the car park, heading toward the summit of Dumyat.
Arriving just in time, the mist parted long enough for me to capture this fleeting moment before it wrapped around me too, swallowing the landscape whole.
Prints are 47 inches wide on Paper, Canvas or Acrylic.
